Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and geopolitical factors to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development frameworks
- Produce visionary white papers and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future demands
- Monitor patent landscapes and emerging startups to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)

- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
