Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to create 5-10 year strategic foresight
- Develop innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and risks
- Design and implement R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market needs
- Present trend intelligence and strategic recommendations at global forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (TEDx, WSJ, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
