Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on futuristic initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for 2026 market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists to build a pipeline of future-ready talent
- Publish thought leadership content on the future of technology and its societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles within tech/industrial sectors
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, IoT, blockchain, and sustainable energy systems
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or Technology Management highly valued
- Published work in industry journals or speaking engagements at major tech conferences
