Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and executive briefings on disruptive forces
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Measure and communicate the ROI of strategic foresight initiatives through KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, weak signal analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic planning outcomes
