Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast market disruptions and opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision and growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline performance and strategic alignment
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) into product roadmaps
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor ecosystems for early-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Strong data storytelling abilities with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
