Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive tech impacts
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-secure communications
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their strategic implications
- Author thought leadership papers on the future of work and human augmentation
- Build cross-functional teams to execute moonshot projects with 5-year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker at futurism/tech conferences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Experience building ethical AI governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year tech predictions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFCS preferred)
