Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product development
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought partners
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS, APF)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or future scenarios
