- Develop scenario-based frameworks for 2026+ market evolution and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models and products
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish KPIs and metrics for future-readiness across organizational units
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend forecasts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) preferred
