As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to anticipate seismic shifts in technology, consumer behavior, and global markets. Your insights will directly shape multi-year investment portfolios and R&D priorities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify 2026+ market disruptions and opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate resilience strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author executive briefings on emerging paradigms in Web4 and decentralized systems
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into core offerings
- Maintain real-time trend radar through AI-powered monitoring systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (blockchain, AI, nanotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent certification
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience with global trend databases (Gartner, WEF, MIT Technology Review)
