- Lead workshops with C-suite teams to align innovation priorities with long-term vision
- Author thought leadership reports and trend briefs for industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in tech/futures publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing initiatives
