Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2030
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to prepare organizational strategies for disruptive futures
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to embed future-readiness into core operations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling methodologies
- Drive innovation sprints focused on long-term moonshot projects with 2026+ impact horizons
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications or platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
