Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite to future-proof business models and operational ecosystems
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with strategic innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, Lean Startup)
- Published thought leader with 10+ industry presentations/white papers
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFP) strongly preferred
