Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neuro interfaces) through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation principles
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-ready solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Develop predictive analytics models forecasting market disruptions and competitive shifts
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and guide responsible adoption
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders through compelling narratives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFIP) or relevant innovation methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
