Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI integration, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing, biotech, and immersive environments
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with actionable recommendations
- Establish global innovation networks with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, ethics, and technological singularity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and neuromorphic engineering
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate visionary concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., Davos, CES, Singularity Summit)
