Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Present executive briefings on future trends and strategic implications
- Establish innovation frameworks for cross-functional teams to accelerate prototyping
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout disruptive startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
