Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present executive briefings on emerging trends and their business implications
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and frameworks
- Author thought leadership content on technology evolution and future work paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
