You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to build resilient 5-year roadmaps while publishing white papers read by 10K+ industry leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Produce executive-ready scenario reports quantifying market disruptions
- Build and maintain expert networks across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design immersive foresight workshops for C-suite and board members
- Publish quarterly trend briefs read by global innovation leaders
- Advise on M&A and investment opportunities aligned with future trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in Horizon Scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into $50M+ commercial initiatives
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendscope)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic planning cycles
