Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale disruptive projects (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify emerging trends and disruptors through market analysis and ecosystem scouting
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
