Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and communicate future scenarios through data-driven reports, visualizations, and executive presentations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies to solve complex business challenges
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to co-create the future
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and trend forecasting workshops
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscapes, regulatory changes, and geopolitical impacts on long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or relevant innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation and measurable impact
