Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation strategy integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate-positive technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, carbon capture AI)
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with ESG goals and market expansion
- Present futuristic roadmaps to investors and industry stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor R&D teams in ethical technology development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or tech whitepapers
- Experience scaling R&D from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
