Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and leverages emerging trends to gain competitive advantage.
- Lead Emerging Tech Research: Monitor and analyze global tech trends, assessing their potential impact on our industry and identifying viable implementation strategies.
- Drive Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for cutting-edge technologies, from AI agents to decentralized systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D: Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable technical requirements.
- Future-Proofing: Assess infrastructure and security needs to ensure our platforms are resilient against future technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Trend Analysis: Demonstrated ability to predict and analyze technology trends relevant to the 2026 landscape, specifically in AI and automation.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term strategies and executing them successfully.
