Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Perform risk assessments for technological disruptions and mitigation planning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology maturity and implementation success
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through major transformations
- Certifications in strategic foresight, innovation management, or enterprise architecture preferred
