Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof technologies into product roadmaps
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis, patent strategy, and ecosystem partnerships

- Mentor a team of 5-7 technical specialists in future-focused methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least three breakthrough tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI governance frameworks, and sustainable tech practices
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight credential preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and boardroom acumen
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
