Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with 2026 adoption potential
- Develop data-driven technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech threats/opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and market research
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced qualification preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions
