Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with organizational vision
- Oversee implementation of cutting-edge systems while ensuring scalability and security
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting future landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in innovation methodologies and future-proofing principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
