Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems for climate modeling
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment across 15+ industries
- Secure $25M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU Horizon initiatives
- Present to G7 technology councils and World Economic Forums on future tech governance
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech policy at our Stanford-affiliated incubator
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies with 8+ years applied experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI alignment (2019-2023)
- Proven track record securing federal grants (> $10M) for emerging technologies
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or equivalent international certification
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech development
