Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions with 3-year market impact
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive disruption vectors
- Develop patent strategies for core innovations securing 50+ IP assets by 2026
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members securing $200M+ funding rounds
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Proven track record leading projects with >$10M budgets and global teams
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Clearance for government-level R&D collaboration programs
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies or patents
