- Establish industry-first protocols for ethical AI deployment
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum systems to enterprise level
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-neutral tech
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy landscapes
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major global tech conferences (2020-2024)
