Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 10 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) highly desirable
