Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (foresight analysis, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in emerging technologies (IEEE journals preferred)
- Experience with quantum computing or AI/ML frameworks
- Track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management across global organizations
