Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing applications and AI ethics frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof technologies into enterprise architectures
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 strategic technology verticals
- Present strategic briefings to congressional committees and international tech summits
- Build and lead a team of 15+ futurists, quantum engineers, and sustainable tech specialists
- Establish industry standards for 2026 technology adoption and ethical deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in quantum computing or AI systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals on emerging technologies
- Track record of scaling tech solutions to serve 10M+ users or enterprises
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants or corporate innovation funding >$10M
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and AI Governance (AIG)
