Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing prototype systems for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Create quantitative models to assess ROI and scalability of emerging technology investments
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology journals or conferences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and data visualization tools
