Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruption vectors to inform strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026+ initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into current offerings
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on exponential technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI and market sizing
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
