Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with emerging technology startups and research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the C-suite and board
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
