Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum/AI/metaverse implementation
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Institute)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
