- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee innovation lab operations and mentor cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling teams and managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business required
