Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions for quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of experimental R&D
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions across enterprise environments
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence technologies
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech divisions
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
