Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 innovation targets
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI governance) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for future technology deployment
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget across R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 12+ years experience in corporate strategy or tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
