Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and impact assessments to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for next-gen innovations
- Mentor junior strategists and build the future technology leadership pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ major launches)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or space tech
- Certified in Technology Foresight or Futures Methodology (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Institute)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
