Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise clients
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business transformation goals
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech landscapes
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology insights to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech solutions with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital circles
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
