- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate vision and market disruptions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for next-gen deployments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
