Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in launching at least two future-focused products/services
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate-tech AI
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals

- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications post-2025
