Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in rapidly evolving tech landscapes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption curves
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and venture labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, sustainable tech, or neural interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research and startup ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
