Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps spanning 5-10 years with clear milestones and KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis for technological disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years of strategic tech planning experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
