- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize 2026+ technology initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify first-mover advantages
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a technology innovation ecosystem including startups, academia, and industry partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
