Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for emerging tech prototypes
- Drive innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
