- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to scalable implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Oversee technology incubation programs for disruptive concepts
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor senior tech leaders on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Proven track record implementing future-focused technology transformations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Strategic certifications (e.g., CTO Academy, Future Tech Leadership)
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution or disruption
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
