- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and investor decks
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching products/services with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Porter's Five Forces, PESTLE, SWOT 2.0)
