- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions through agile development methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Foster strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to co-develop future technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-oriented products or initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) or innovation management
