Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technology trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing, biotech, and AI solutions into product ecosystems
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for next-gen technologies
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external investors
- Manage innovation pilots with $5M+ R&D budgets
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
